Schaeffler Integrated Solutions for Quality Service

Offering a wide range of products branded by LuK, INA and FAG, Schaeffler Group Automotive sees the prospects at the car service market in the CIS countries. Daniil Dramshev, Schaeffler Regional Manager in Ukraine and Moldova, told Info-Parts journalists at 2013 AD Open exhibition about all the features and product range of the company.

Info-Parts:     What is the direction which has the most rapid development in the CIS countries?

Schaeffler:     For sure, we have the most rapid development in the sphere of new products: LuK RepSet DMF – complete repair solutions as repair kits for garages and RepSet 2CT. Also, if we talk about INA brand, it should be noted that this direction is developing with very rapid paces, in particular the product line of INA kits “KIT” – the set contain all the parts for installation including the belt. Under the FAG brand for a quite long time we propose the Wheel Pro kits. The development dynamics of these products is different from all the others due to the fact that these are the high-tech products which are, as an integrated solutions, allow the service station to provide quality to the customer and to earn more money.

Info-Parts
:     Do you have plans in the near time to expand the production capacities?

Schaeffler:     In 2014 it is scheduled the opening of Schaeffler plant in the City of Ulyanovsk, Russia. This will uncover the market potential and provide more products, which will be perceptible at the CIS market.

Info-Parts:     Whether Schaeffler has some range of services for service stations?

Schaeffler
:     For service stations we constantly implement technical seminars. This year we implemented four times more seminars than in the past year. This confirms the fact that Schaeffler pays more attention to education and technical training of the service center workers.

Info-Parts:     What are your impressions from the exhibition?

Schaeffler:     We like the exhibition this year. For the second year in a row Schaeffler on its stand presents products live - the so-called “Technik Live!”. This year we gathered even larger audience, which was interesting in this presentation. Also, looking at other participants’ stands, we note that the exhibition is getting more interesting. And it pleases.
