Clean the intake
A dirty throttle valve will affect engine performance and increase fuel consumption so Liqui Moly has developed ProLine Throttle Valve Cleaner to rid the intake area of oil, resin and bonders.
"A dirty throttle valve no longer opens or closes properly. This leads to incorrect measured values for the calculation of the fuel-air mixture and to increased consumption," explains engineer Reiner Schönfelder. The throttle valve is removed and manually cleaned or replaced when serious problems occur and this cleaning spray will remove the deposits in place, by using the 60cm long tube, the cleaning fluid can be applied directly to the problem. It can also be offered to customers as a preventative measure.
The ProLine Diesel Intake System Cleaner is offered for diesel engines.
