Popping Fiat

Popping Fiat

This TSB applies to 2012-2013 Fiat 500 vehicles built prior to March 7, 2013 (MDH 0307XX).

The customer may experience a noise from the front of the vehicle while driving over bumps, which may be more noticeable in colder temperatures.

The design of the front strut jounce bumpers has been changed to address this concern.

Remove and disassemble both front strut assemblies, and replace both left and right front jounce bumpers with P/N 68073020AB. Reassemble and reinstall the struts, and verify that wheel alignment settings meet specification.
