How to publish an article

There are two ways for publication an article:

1. send article by e-mail  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . We analyze it, rewrite, if necessary, and publish;

2. to register on the resource as «editor» (the articles also are moderated to improve the overall quality of all materials).
