Opening of Diesel Technic UK & Ireland Ltd.

The Diesel Technic Group, one of the largest suppliers of commercial vehicle spare parts in the Independent Aftermarket, has opened a new subsidiary in Kingswinford/Great Britain. The target is to further strengthen the support of its distribution partners in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Since November 2015, the dedicated team of Diesel Technic UK & Ireland Ltd. now provides all required products from the brand DT Spare Parts for commercial vehicles as well as a comprehensive service including active sales and marketing support.

ContiTech Lightweight Design

ContiTech Vibration Control – the strut mount specialist based in Hanover in Germany – has developed a strut mount in which fiberglass-reinforced BASF Ultramid polyamide is also used as the primary structural component. It is the first strut mount made of this material, which is used both at the front and rear axle in the chassis environment of passenger cars.
