Nexen Tire has received three A’ Design awards for its latest tyres. Nexen’s All Road Transform concept tyre and Winguard Snow’G WH2 received gold awards, in addition to the N’Fera RU1 being granted a silver award. The company’s three products competed in the vehicle, mobility and transportation design categories.
“We are honoured to be recognized for our capability in product development, as well as in design, around the world,” said Han Min-hyun, Nexen Tire vice president and R&D director, adding: “Nexen Tire will continuously improve the competitiveness of its products by providing outstanding quality and creative designs.”
The all road transform concept tire is designed to change over three road conditions, including dry roads, wet roads, and snowy and icy roads, depending on the change of wheel angle. This product showcases optimal performance for any weather condition. The WINGUARD Snow’G WH2 Tire is designed for optimum driving performance in winter weather conditions by providing stable driving and excellent grip. And the N’FERA RU1 is a premium tire that emphasizes ride comfort and silent operation, particularly for Sports Utility Vehicles (SUV).
