Platform Lift Designed for Big Trucks

Rotary Lift’s V-REX vertical rise, drive-on platform lift is designed to be strong enough to lift large commercial vehicles.

Its half-scissor legs and mechanical locking system are designed for longevity and is made of high strength steel with fewer wear parts and stress points than other lifts in its category. The V-REX lift is available in three heavy-duty rates lifting capacities: 44,000, 64,000 and 80,000 pounds.

The lift is also available in five runway lengths from 28 feet to 48 feet and can be installed surface-mounted, recessed or flush. The V-REX has a vertical rise of more than 77 inches, open front and rear and clearance around the legs.

The V-REX is operated with a control console featuring simple buttons and switches. The microprocessor-controlled unit monitors all mechanical and electrical synchronizations systems more than 125 times per second. The lift can be programmed with multiple preset heights and an optional pendant control lets technicians run the lift away from the console.

Rotary Lift’s negative rake mechanical lock system has 10 locking positions at various heights and is also a feature of the V-REX.
