Rusty Bearing Hum

Some 2009-2013 Mazda6 vehicles may exhibit an unusual humming noise from the front wheel bearings. This may be caused by muddy water entering the wheel bearing(s), causing the bearing(s) to rust. A new bearing seal design has been improved to eliminate this concern.

Vibration in 4WD

Some owners of a 2007-2012 Mazda CX-7 4WD vehicle may notice a vibration from the floor and/or steering wheel during acceleration at approximately 50 mph. To eliminate the concern, the amount of velocity joint grease was increased during production.
