MAHLE RTI Planning 'Strong Presence' At The 2014 MACS Trade Show

Showcasing its latest offerings for A/C professionals, MAHLE RTI has announced it will exhibit at the MACS (Mobile Air Conditioning Society) 2014 Training Event and Trade Show, Jan. 16-18 at the Sheraton Hotel in New Orleans. MAHLE RTI will be located at booth No. 104. The company also is a silver sponsor of the convention’s keynote lunch and closest to the pin contest for the golf tournament.

Mahle develops engine pistons

The thermal and mechanical loads on pistons in modern petrol and diesel engines have seen a massive increase, primarily due to higher levels of specific output. Furthermore, the pistons are intended to increase engine efficiency, for example through reduced weight and friction. Mahle has is developing pistons for both types of combustion that increase load capacity and contribute to reduced fuel consumption.
