Dorman Products releases new product announcement

Dorman Products has released its May New Product Announcement featuring 229 new parts, 112 of which are exclusive formerly «Dealer Only» parts.

Highlights of these new product opportunities include:

·  Added Hybrid Drive Batteries coverage. In addition to the first two generations of Toyota Priuses, Dorman now offers a replacement Hybrid Drive Battery for Toyota Camrys from 2011-'07. This direct replacement battery is ready to install, includes all electronics, and requires no programming. Dorman’s Toyota Camry battery also is re-engineered with upgraded nickel-plated bus bars to reduce the corrosion commonly associated with the original units. Additional information on Dorman’s new Hybrid Drive Battery program, including application-specific installation videos, is available at www.DormanHybrid.com. (P/Ns 587-002)

· Two new additions to Dorman’s drop ship driveshaft assemblies program (now offering more than 30 SKUs) that fit various Ford/Lincoln trucks from 2008-'04 and 2006 BMW X3s. Dorman’s new Driveshaft Assembly program connects customers with a broad offering of direct replacements – shipped the next business day through FedEx (for orders received by 3 p.m. EST). (P\Ns 936-802 & 936-304)

·  Save money with new visor repair kits that fix the mount holding sun visor to vehicle headliner, rather than requiring a complete replacement of the visor itself. These kits are re-engineered with upgrade mounts constructed with aluminum instead of plastic like the original units and contain all of the hardware needed for a complete repair. Dorman’s new kits fit a variety of Ford, Lincoln and Mercury SUVs from 2005-'02. (P/Ns 924-279 & 924-280)

· A re-engineered gas pedal bracket for Chevy Express and GMC Savanna vans from 2007-'03. This new bracket contains upgraded materials and added bushings to increase pivot point durability. (P/N 911-930)

· Spare tire hoists, shift interlock solenoids, ABS control modules, EGR cooler kits, intake manifold gasket kits, steering knuckles, VVTs, door check kits and more.
