Commercial Vehicles Award 2014 goes to ZF Services

For ZF Services high quality standards apply for the entire portfolio: from products to broad service offers.

When TEMOT International entered the business of commercial vehicles (CV) parts and supplies in 2014, it was evident for the after sales Business Unit of ZF to comprehensively support them with its broad CV program and technical know-how. The quality of that strategic partnership was now rewarded by TEMOT International with the Commercial Vehicles Award, which was awarded for the second time.

ZF Friedrichshafen AG is one of the leading components supplier and system partner of the international commercial vehicle (CV) industry. ZF Services customers on the aftermarket can directly benefit from this system expertise. “We are committed to our customers. It’s decisive at all times, that they are satisfied. If we then get rewarded, we value this as a confirmation that we supported our customers the best way possible,” emphasizes Helmut Ernst, Chairman of the Board of Directors ZF Services. “At the same time we feel encouraged to convince time and time again with innovative concepts. Ideally, the award should stay with us.”

TEMOT International – one of the major international coalitions of 51 shareholders on the global aftermarket – rewards its best suppliers with the Commercial Vehicles Award as well as distinctions in three additional categories. Gerhard Körber, Member of the Board of Directors ZF Services, accepted the award in the name of the Business Unit: “With our full service concept Alltrucks, we were moreover able to support the workshop partners of TEMOT with the respective know-how, in order to present themselves professionally within the increasing complexity of CV systems.” Alltrucks, a joint venture of the three leading CV supplier Knorr-Bremse, Bosch, and ZF, has the objective to form a European network of excellent workshops, which offer cross-brands technical service.
